Black Ops 6 features a diverse map list across both core modes and Strike, and these are all of the maps available in the latest Call of Duty that you can play.
Unlike MW3’s approach of launching with just remastered versions of classic maps from the original Modern Warfare 2 (2009), BO6 launched with almost entirely new arenas, with just one classic returning just about release.
The introduction of Omnimovement has forced the developers to create some of the most unique maps in the franchise, and we’ve got a full overview of them all below.

Babylon

Babylon is one of the smallest 6v6 maps in Black Ops 6, and its chaotic spawns have split the community, with some people loving it and others hating it. The action takes place around the central area that has four entrances, making it great for flanking. Lose control of the wider areas, and you’ll find yourself getting spawn trapped in no time.
Bounty

Bounty is a medium-sized 6v6 map added in Season 2. It takes place in an Avalon skyscraper where you’ll have to traverse through unfinished offices, and a gold-plated nightclub to defeat the enemy team. You can ambush the enemy by jumping over light fixtures or shooting under their feet on the building’s Skylight.

Bullet is an absurd map added in Season 2 Reloaded that takes place on a high-speed train. As expected, it’s incredibly narrow, officially becoming the first one-lane map in Call of Duty history. While it’s by no means competitive, this delivers pure chaos, making it a great option for those who want as much action as possible.
Article continues after adDealership

Dealership is another map added in Season 2, it’s a medium 6v6 map that takes place at the Pallasar car dealership which also operates as a black market for the criminal underworld. You’ll need to fight around the showroom, wrecked car lot, and admin offices to best your enemies here.
Article continues after adDerelict

Derelict sees players fight amongst a train graveyard in the Appalachian mountains. The tower in the center of the map provides long lines of sight for those who prefer assault rifles and sniper rifles, but if you know how to use Omnimovment, you can use a speedy SMG instead to keep the enemies guessing.
Extraction

Added in Season 1, Extraction is a medium-sized map that takes place in the aftermath of a Crimson One ambush. It offers long-range combat on the helipad, but also those who favor CQB can stick to the warehouse instead. There’s something for everyone here, with this being a diverse map that isn’t like anything else.
Article continues after adGala

Gala takes place after a gunfight breaks out at a charity event. It is one of the most open Strike maps, featuring long sight lines that span all the way across the hall. There are some areas of cover around the edge of the map, but it’s the circular lounge in the middle that provides the best power position that you’ll want to take advantage of.
Grind

A classic from Black Ops 2 returns, with Grind being added in Season 2 Reloaded. This is an identical remake of the original map, with the indoor section being the focal point of the action. However, you’ll still want to use the outdoor areas to flank and rack up killstreaks without being noticed.
Article continues after adHacienda

Added in Season 1 Reloaded, Hacienda makes its first appearance since Black Ops 4. Like before, it is a larger map that takes place on a lavish vineyard in Spain. Most gunfights on this map take place inside, but the left and right flanks are still useful for getting around without being noticed, especially for those who prefer a stealthy playstyle.
Article continues after adHeirloom

The local art museum has attracted some unwanted attention, with this Season 1 Strike map being one of the most hectic yet. Navigate this tiny area and control the central room for the best chance of coming out on top, or risk being trapped in spawn for an eternity. On the bright side, if you do get trapped, you’ll have plenty of time to check out the exhibits.
Article continues after adHideout

Added in Season 1, Hideout is a medium-sized map that has players battle it out on an extensive military training site. There’s a range, obstacle course, and recreation of a vault, all designed to help soldiers prepare for what’s to come. Now it’s your turn to overcome this map and prove you have what it takes.
Lifeline

Lifeline is a small map that can be played in both 6v6 and 2v2 multiplayer matches. You’ll have to navigate around the high-end yacht effectively if you want to dispatch all your enemies quickly. It’ll be zooming through the waves and pursued by enemy gunboats, so make sure you watch your back.
Article continues after adLowtown

Set in a dockside neighborhood in southern Europe, Lowtown sees players fight amongst broken buildings and canalways of the Mediterranean coast. The gameplay of this map is similar to Warzone’s Vondel, with the water playing a major part alongside an underground sewer system that is amazing for flanking.
Nuketown

Nuketown arrived on November 1, exactly one week after launch. This is an entirely faithful remake of the original map from Black Ops (2010), giving everyone the chance to experience one of Call of Duty’s most iconic maps yet again.
Article continues after adNuketown Holiday

Added in Season 1 Reloaded, this is a variant of Nuketown that is Holiday-themed, bringing the Christmas cheer to Call of Duty. Be sure to try picking up a snowball when you play this map, as they replace your lethal and can be used to send enemies a message they didn’t expect.
Payback

Taken straight from Black Ops 6’s campaign, Payback takes players to Woods and his team’ssafehouse in the Bulgarian Mountains. When playing this map, you can expect various elevations, windows, and strategic angles throughout the former KGB Blacksite. This map features plenty of close-range gunfights, so we recommend using an SMG or shotgun.
Article continues after adPit

Set in a Russian mining tunnel underneath Vorkuta, Pit emphasizes close-range battles inside a claustrophobic cave system. While a gunfight is never far away, you can use mine carts and rocks as cover when navigating the tight corridors. An upstairs area can also be accessed by climbing ladders in each spawn, so always keep an eye on players on the upper floor of the central chamber.
Protocol

Set in the leaked Avalon Warzone map, Protocol was the training course during the beta and now features as a full-fledged 6v6 map. Although this is a medium-sized map, expect plenty of close-quarters fights in the armory, barracks, and underground bunker, with Protocol being one of the most diverse maps in Black Ops 6.
Article continues after adRacket

Added in Season 1 Reloaded, Racket is a small map that takes place in the basement of a crime family’s base of operations. This map is perfectly symmetrical, making it a true three-lane map that tests your ability to keep an eye on your surroundings and not be caught off guard.
Article continues after adRed Card

Red Card is set in a soccer stadium, seeing players fight it out in the lobby, upstairs memorabilia displays, and the streets outside of the ground. It encourages mostly medium and long-range gunfights, but there are some CQB areas in the middle of the map for those who prefer fast-paced action. And no, you can’t go on the pitch.
Article continues after adRewind

Rewind was one of the larger maps back in the beta, seeing players fight around a strip mall in Liberty Falls, West Virginia. In the full game, that remains true, as it has long lines of sight on either side, but those who prefer close range can head inside the video rental store in the middle of the map.
Scud

Scud is set in Iraq following a missile strike on a military base. The radar dish provides an extremely powerful position, almost guaranteeing that the team that holds it will dominate the kill feed, but you can still use the buildings, trenches, and bunkers to pull off a flank and turn the tides.
Article continues after adSkyline

Skyline is set on the rooftop of a luxury resort in Avalon. While a lot of the action is close-range, there are always players watching over the wide-open pool area in the center of the map looking to pick up some easy kills. As such, crossing the pool is difficult, so you can either fight through the kitchen or use the underground panic room for an easy flank.
Stakeout

Stakeout is another map set in Avalon, this time in a tiny apartment. Close-range weapons will be the ideal choice as you navigate the chaos of its small rooms. If you want to pull off a quick flank, you can parkour around the outside of the building, but don’t be surprised if you run into another player trying to do the same!
Article continues after adSubsonic

Subsonic is one of the smaller 6v6 maps in the game, bringing players to a partially destroyed bomber team training facility in Iraq. One F-117 subsonic aircraft sits broken outside, and another can be found in the main hangar in the center of the map, offering plenty of cover for players wanting to close the gap on the other team.
Article continues after adVault

Vault is inspired by the campaign’s heist mission, taking place in a lush desert estate with an underground vault. You can either take to the streets outside or head into the central palace, where the action will be at its thickest. Either way, you’ll need to watch your flanks to avoid getting caught out.
Article continues after adVorkuta

A classic Black Ops location, Vorkuta is the Soviet labor camp Mason and Reznov escaped from in the original game. Now a mining facility, the developers said it brings a mix of exterior and interior areas as you fight amongst the broken, snow-covered machinery.
Warhead

Warhead is a 2v2 map set in the same area as Nuketown. Although not the Nuketown, it looks similar, with the usual landmarks like the houses and school bus. Now destroyed, it’s much smaller and has a different layout with the buildings partially submerged. If you look closely, you might notice a familiar sight in the distance.
